If you can sign in to and see your holding company payments profile, but do not see the statement you need from the selector on the left hand side, you might not have been added to that statement yet.
If you need to become a payments user, contact your collector or the collections team at you’re part of an agency holding company, you’ll need access to: To sign in to payments center and view your payments profile, you need to be listed as a payments user with at least "Read Access" on your payments profile. If you have multiple payments profiles, you need to be a payments user on each one. If you’re unable to sign in or don’t see your information To access the Online Statement of Account in the Google payments center, sign in to and select Statement of Account. You can also download documents individually or in bulk. You can download the table to view your statement information offline. Select a blue link on the page to find a filtered list of specific invoices in the "Billing documents" table. If you have multiple payments profiles, select which one you’d like to view from the profile selector on the top right of the page.
If you’re not part of a holding company, you’ll find the statement of account for your payments profile. Select a statement to view its up-to-date summary information. If you’re part of a holding company, your statements are on the top left of the SOA page. Find and filter billing information at an Operating company or Client level (if you’re part of a holding company).Find and filter billing information by attributes like month of service, product, or currency.View owed balance information and invoices, broken out by aging status.The Statement of account (SOA) page in the Google payments center provides a real-time and customizable view of your complete financial standing with Google.
